You may be eligible to participate in an important research study conducted by IMMUNOe International Research Center.

Qualifications:

-Over the age of 18

- Confirmed diagnosis of type 2 diabetes

- Diagnosis of cardiovascular disease

All study related visits and medication is provided to you at no cost.  Health insurance is not required for participation.  Volunteers may even be compensated for time and travel.
