Our Focus: Immune-Related Disease
The IMMUNOe 1st International Research Centers
(1stIRC) works in conjunction with the IMMUNOe
1st International Immunology Centers (1stIIC). As
within the clinical practice we believe the immune
system may be either directly or indirectly involved
in many disease processes. That is why we have
made it our mission to be involved in new research
to find the most important, the most complex—
and the most compelling—issues surrounding the
full spectrum of immune-related disorders. At each
of our renowned research and clinical sites we
incorporate only the finest in advanced scientific
and academic findings into our practices.
Utilizing state-of-the-art technologies, cutting-edge
medicines, breakthrough biologic therapies and

their quality of life.
Treating the Immune System
The body’s immune system is composed of dozens
of different components, each of which recognizes
foreign materials and reacts against them. It is possible
for any number of disorders and diseases to affect
the immune system and cause immune system
diseases. These disorders are characterized as either
primary immune deficiency diseases or secondary
immune deficiencies.
PRIMARY IMMUNE DEFICIENCY
- Primary immune deficiencies are diseases in which
the failure of the immune system is due to an
intrinsic congenital defect within the immune
system itself
- Symptoms include recurrent infections, unusual
presentation of infections or unusual pathogens
SECONDARY IMMUNE DEFICIENCY
- Secondary immune deficiencies occur when
factors damage the immune system such as
environment, radiation, chemotherapy, burns,
bacterial and viral infections
- Viral infections, environmental factors, toxins,
chemotherapy, stress and other unknown agents
